One design of a PVC header fitted with PP filter laterals for the duty of collecting service flow and air scour distribution in Limestone contactors.

For the more extreme in vessel environments we can produce the Hub & Lateral star systems in stainless steel.

A water treatment R&D company asked us to design and fabricate a filter column that was clear so to observe the tested filter media during filtration & back wash with drain off point for testing water quality at different depths of media. Our answer was a clear PVC construction with the ability to operate at pressure up to 6 bar.
